When is True Rhythm Festival?

What time do gates open and close?
11:00am - 11:00pm
Is this an all-ages event?
Yes! True Rhythm Festival is an All Ages event. Guests under 16 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Can I leave and re-enter the festival?
Yes, re-entry is permitted
What payment methods are available?
True Rhythm Festival is a cashless event at the Box Office and all bar service locations. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and mobile wallets, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Please note that payment methods accepted by food and merchandise vendors may vary.
Are there ATM’s available?
ATM availability is still being finalized. Please check back closer to the event for updates.

Will tickets be available at the gate?
If the festival does not sell out in advance, a limited number of tickets may be available at the gate. We strongly recommend purchasing early.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled or otherwise stated in our ticketing terms and conditions.
Can I use a General Admission ticket to access my Premium Booth or Executive Cabana?
Yes. Guests with a valid General Admission ticket can access their reserved Premium Booth or Executive Cabana. Upon arrival, you will receive a separate wristband that grants access to your reserved booth or cabana area.
Can I upgrade my ticket from General Admission to VIP?
Yes! If VIP tickets are still available, you may be able to upgrade your General Admission ticket.
Simply log in to your Eventbrite account, open your order, and select Change Ticket if that option is available. If you don't see the option, please contact the event organizer for assistance. Any upgrade will be subject to VIP ticket availability, and you'll only need to pay the difference in price.
Do I need to purchase a VIP ticket for my child under 12? Are Children allowed in the VIP area?
No. You do not need to purchase a VIP ticket for your child if they are 12 years old or younger.
Children aged 12 and under may access the VIP area with a Children's Admission ticket, provided they are accompanied and supervised by an adult who holds a valid VIP ticket.

Getting There
Is parking available?
Limited public street parking is available throughout Penticton. We encourage guests to walk, bike, carpool, use rideshare services, or public transit whenever possible.
Will there be accessible parking?
Yes. Accessible parking information will be released closer to the event.
Where can I park my bike?
A complimentary bike valet will be available on-site for festival attendees. We encourage guests to cycle to the festival whenever possible.

Will food be available?
Absolutely! A variety of local food trucks and vendors will be serving delicious meals, snacks, and treats throughout the festival.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Yes, limited items are permitted.
